All products are made to order specifically for each customer.

Customers in the European Union may have a legal right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws. Any withdrawal request will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable law.

We only accept returns, replacements, or refunds for products that are defective, misprinted, damaged, or incorrect.

How to request a return or refund:

  1. Contact us at hello@bygiana.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide photos of the product and your order number.
  3. We will review the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
