1. Order Approval
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as production begins immediately. Please check your design and details carefully before submitting.

2. Customer-Submitted Content
You are solely responsible for the content you provide for printing. We reserve the right to refuse any content that we consider illegal, infringing, or offensive.

3. Color, Print, and Trim
We strive to replicate product images as accurately as possible, but actual colors, dimensions, and print placement may vary slightly due to the print-on-demand process.

4. Intellectual Property
By submitting a design, you confirm that you own or have the right to use it. We will not use your designs for promotional or commercial purposes without your explicit permission.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for details on production and delivery times.

6. Liability Limitations
By Giana is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this site following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
