Production & Fulfillment
Each order is custom-made once it is placed. Production times depend on the specific product.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the product selected and the customer’s shipping address. We always apply the best available rate provided by our fulfillment partners.
Multiple Shipments
To ensure the best quality for each product, we work with different specialized production partners. For this reason, items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
