We currently ship across Europe. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the product and destination.

Since all our products are made to order, production usually takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

To ensure the best quality for each product, we work with different specialized production partners. This means items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each package.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@bygiana.com with photos of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

All our products are made to order, especially for you, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order has any issues, please contact us at hello@bygiana.com within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the problem, we’ll do our best to make it right.
